International Women’s Day will be celebrated by women and men from different continents, cultures and religions in a webinar on 4 March 2022, from 3 pm to 5 pm CET. The webinar will feature speeches by Card. Miguel Ángel Ayuso Guixot, President of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue (PCID), women leaders of religious communities from Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Hebrew, Ecumenical and Catholic perspectives, and ambassadors to the Holy See.
The ecumenical and interreligious event is organised by the World Union of Catholic Women’s Organisations (WUCWO/UMOFC) in collaboration with the PCID, with the sponsorship of the Embassies to the Holy See of Argentina, Australia, Colombia, Ireland and the Netherlands.
