The renewal and updating of Catholic Action’s evangelizing commitment is vital. It must aim at reaching everyone, everywhere, all occasions, and all existential outlying situations; in reality and not just as a formulation of principles…
This implies rethinking your formation plans, your apostolic ways and even your own ways of praying so that they may be, essentially and not occasionally, missionary.

The Church’s mission is directed to those who do not yet know Jesus Christ and his Gospel (it is the “missio ad gentes”), or to the baptized who have lost their faith or who did not recognized themselves  as members of the Church (it is “ new evangelization “  and to the communities that have adequate and solid ecclesial structures (it is” pastoral care “ . Since these three missionary spheres are not clearly separated, Catholic Action is also called to carry out its missionary commitment in this threefold direction.
