Hemos participado en el Forum Internacional “Jóvenes en acción en una Iglesia Sinodal” junto a otros 250 jovenes representantes de Conferencias Episcopales y Movimientos internacionales para dar una respuesta tras haber recibido y empezado a trabajar la Exhortacion Post Sinodal Christus Vivit.

Hemos reflexionado si en nuestras realidades locales ha calado el mensaje que el Papa nos queria transmitir. Un mensaje de acción, de esperanza, de apuesta por los jóvenes, después de escucharnos, para dar respuesta a la deficiente posición mundial de la juventud en la Iglesia, con poco protagonismo y escucha.
Como jóvenes de Acción queremos que realmente nos dediquen tiempo en los espacios eclesiales y también sociales.

Durante el Forum, la participación e intervención juvenil ha sido muy alta, con una buena coordinación y disposición del Dicasterio para los Laicos, Familia y Vida.

El final de esta experiencia intercultural fue el recibimiento del Papa en Audencia General en la que nos recibió personalmente y nos animó a que fueramos protagonistas de este proceso.
¿Qué significa ser protagonistas? ¿Qué es lo que nos ha pedido el Papa?

“Esta palabra “protagonista” no es un gesto de diplomacia y buena voluntad, o son protagonistas o no son nada; o van delante del tren o terminarán siendo vagón de cola, arrastrados por la marea. Protagonistas. Ustedes son jóvenes y jóvenes en acción en una Iglesia sinodal.”
Convencidos de que Cristo Vive entre nosotros volvemos con ganas de seguir comprometidos con nuestra realidad mas que nunca.

We participated in the International Forum “Young people in action in a Synodal Church” together with another 250 young representatives of Episcopal Conferences and International Movements to give an answer after having received and started working on the Post Synodal Exhortation Christus Vivit.

We have reflected on whether the message that the Pope wanted to transmit has penetrated our local realities. A message of action, of hope, of commitment to young people, after listening to us, to respond to the deficient world position of youth in the Church, with little protagonism and listening.

As young people of Action we want to really spend time in ecclesial and social spaces.

During the Forum, the participation and youth intervention has been very high, with good coordination and disposition of the Dicastery for the Lay, Family and Life.

The end of this intercultural experience was the reception of the Pope in General Audencia in which he received us personally and encouraged us to be protagonists of this process.

What does it mean to be protagonists? What is the Pope asking us?
